What can female heads of state teach us about diversity in leadership?

Today’s sketchnote features highlights from a thought-provoking seminar by American author and speaker, Laura Liswood.  Laura is Secretary General of the Council of Women World Leaders and Senior Advisor at Goldman Sachs.  Her perspective on women in leadership is unique as she is the only person to have had face-to-face interviews with all 15 female prime ministers and presidents, including of course, Margaret Thatcher.  Here is a sketch of some of the highlights from this powerful talk.
